The Al Muadj residential tower is located in Kuwait on the important seaside “Gulf Road” and contains 45 high standard apartments spread over 17 floors. The main elevation facing the sea was given a special attention and consists of curved balconies that are displaced diagonally across the elevation suggesting the shape of the sea waves. That was the source of inspiration for the name of the building “Al Muadj”, meaning “wave”. The slightly angled eastern elevation serves the purpose of ending the movement of the south facing elevation in a clear, vertical line.
